Whether it be a flat tyre or broken transaxle, we aim to have your equipment up and runnind as soon as possible. Our trained engineers will endeavour to fix your equipment on site. However if this is not possible
Collect: We will arrange a convenient time to repair. If we can't fix on site, we will bring it back to our workshop. A call out fee will apply.
Quotes: These are always given priory to repair so you stay in control of what happens with your equipment, and there are no hidden charges.
Repair: We will repair what you have agreed to on the quote. We won't do any unagreed work and add surprise charges.
Return: We will deliver your equipment back to you at a pre-arranged two hour time slot.
As well as repairs, we also service all mobility equipment. Our service includes an extensive check list. A copy can be provided to you upon request with a service certificate once it is completed and passed.
An annual service is recommended as a minimum for all mobility equipment. This is to help identify any repairs that might need doing, to enable your equipment to run smoothly, and to its full potential for the following year. If you have insurance, your equipment should be serviced annually to prevent the insurance and/or extended warranty becoming void.
